No, not officially I guess, though we feel like it was a good hotfix. I probably wouldn't recommend going to HF2 if you don't need it because we saw that we had some web service problems with it (and that's primarily what changed along with the Flash compatibility). The change on that page honestly was more about what was easiest to update quickly.
