We're looking for talented UI developers to join former members of the Flex team on a new product initiative. You will join a small team building next generation hosted web services & tools for business users, leveraging Adobe's AIR, Flex and LiveCycle technologies. You will be responsible for creating proofs of concepts, defining architecture and developing features. You will work closely with product management and customers to help define features for this v1 product. This is an exciting opportunity for creative individuals who want to combine the environment of a startup with the resources and stability of an established company. You will have a proven track record of innovation, a focus on usability, strong architecture skills, strong UI coding skills, experience in creating platforms & frameworks, and knowledge of emerging Web 2.0 trends.
Knowledge & Skills: · Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. · Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in software development. · Experience in developing SaaS applications and enterprise web applications using Java, J2EE, .NET, application servers, servlets, SQL. · Experience in client side programming technologies including Flash, Actionscript, Flex, JavaScript, DHTML and AJAX. · Extensive background in applying object oriented software development (Java, C++) methodologies. · Background in full product development life cycle. · Experience in building business user tools & services. · Motivated self-starter who likes working on productive, small, fast paced teams. · Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates.
