That's the application itself - you can go to Administration->New 
User and see 2 drop downs - neither works (use the keyboard to make 
the selection though - cuz that does work).... there are various 
other screens in there that do the same thing.  I'll also adjust it 
so you can see what happens when there's no background... it'll be
