Vikram, Listen for the 'show' event instead of 'creationComplete'. The ViewStack component doesn't destroy its content and recreate it as you navigate around. What it does do is defer creating it's contents until they are displayed. This is why creationComplete is fired the first time you switch to a panel, but not when you switch to it on subsequent occasions.
