I think you will just need a crossdomain.xml file in the root of your web server.

I want to host the swf file on my server. What I will give my customers is a small html code snippet that they can place anywhere on their site. This html code snippet will have the object tag, but will point to my server to down load the swf file. Can this be done with the Flash Player security?
