Ozren, Not sure on this, but I happened to be looking at the SoundEffect and flash.media.Sound classes yesterday. On the Sound class is a url property and it looks like you could use it to point to an mp3 and download it. Also appears you can buffer it and start playing before it's completely downloaded. The SoundEffect class uses the Sound Class so you should be able to do this as an effect as well. Check out the livedocs for more info and maybe somebody a bit more hip to be square than myself on Sound will chime in to confirm this.
