However, Flex is coming up too fast and value=0. I have even put a function call at the end of one of my RO calls just to give it a little time to render the screen. If I call the function on a button click it works fine. I'm using this to get the percentage location kind of like a float CSS however due to using the FlexMDI by Ben Clinkinbeard, Brian Holmes <http://brianjoseph31.typepad.com/smashedapples/> and Brendan Meutzner <http://www.meutzner.com/development/> setting to the panel to the right holds it there and does not allow the panel to be draggable.
