I think that this is because the beta player installs to a different file than the official release. I think that flex is checking for the official release and doesn't find it. I don't think there is a way to turn off this warning, at least I haven't found one. I've reverted back to the official release anyway, I didn't want to develop against something that we didn't know when it would be released.
