Upgrade pricing (as opposed to maintenance) will be very similar I think.

So my minimum outlay for upgrade seems to be US$299. Am I right? If yes, given that you don't have a final ship date yet, what is the latest I can buy the maintenance and get my "free" upgrade to FB3Pro?
