I don't perceive the use of this would be converting full 
applications, but rather individual libraries that you can reuse without 
having to re-write.

  I recently took some .NET code that will load an XML file and parse 
specific data out of it into an AS3 library.  While not a hard task, a 
code converter would have made it much easier.
