Is there a way for a Flex application to "get outside the sandbox" by asking the user to trust it or something similar?
I would like my Flex application to be able to read from the system Clipboard. I understand the security issues at stake, but know that other technologies like java applets can be signed and then trusted by the user, allowing them to get outside of the sandbox. Does Flex have this capability? Thanks! Gary
