[flexcoders] Chart - width of the axis

Is it possible to get the width of the axis ?

I'd like to position something under the graph but offset 
to the vertical axis .. 

eg:

100 -                   x
 75 -             x
 50 - x
 25 -       x
      0     1     2    3
     
     POSITION HERE
