I want a window/component to always appear at the top of the Z order, including being on top of ALL tooltips and ALL popups. The only thing that I need to be 'above' the component is cursors. I've just found that the SystemManager has various layers and it would seem that tooltips are always above popups. Is there anyway of changing this.
