Maybe that works in Flex 2, but the menu options in Flex 3 beta 2 are different.
Import, then Flex Project, but it want a zip file. The project I'm working with isn't in zip format, it's a folder inside a zip that contains other stuff...iow it's does not seem to be a 'flex project archive'.
