Possible that your AS class wasn't linked by compiler to main
application. To force its linkage you could reference it somewhere in
the main mxml file like this:

<mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml";
                xmlns="*"
                xmlns:vo="fullpackagename.*">

    <vo:SoggettoVO/>

...

</mx:Application>
