As previously stated in this discussion: It is expected behaviour, since beta3 is already configured for use with FB3 licenses, not the ones from FB2.
Matt stated in another thread here that if you really are in a position where you absolutely need the watermark to be removed during this beta-period, you can mail him with a request off-list.
