I've taken a look at WebORB, and was quite impressed with the PHP class structure as well as portability. What I can say is that the latter two options will require you to use J2EE (if I'm not mistaken) while WebORB has options for most popular languages such as .NET, Java, and PHP. It all depends on what your development team is comfortable with. That said, a lot of the particulars will depend on the nature of your application. What kind of data are you looking to remote?
