[flexcoders] Flash Player 9 - debug version

Can anyone tell me please what's the latest version of Flash Player 9
(Windows) - debug version and if it's available on the Internet? I'm
currently having 9,0,28,0, installed by Flex Builder 2, but it started
to behave strangely in the last couple of weeks. I don't have nor use
Flex Builder 3 yet (because it's still in beta). Thanks.
