Use <mx:HttpService id="httpService"/> to load the XML.

Take a look at 
http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/2/langref/mx/rpc/http/mxml/HTTPService.html#includeExamplesSummary

When clicking the button, call httpService.send() again.
