components on LiveDocs not actually working, and an alternative method (not 
found by me) that does work

Nice to know, but I can't see why I'd prefer two files over one.

It wouldn't be much of a component if it had no children :-)

But, regardless of the impl. details, it's a tedious process that seems to me 
to be automatable.
