Well, come on now, this is one of those cases where you're not even trying. :) In the help docs, which I referenced in the last post, there are "samples and examples". See the topic "Working with file upload and download" which appears as a topic when you seach for "FileReference" in Flex Help. If you want to learn to do the .NET or PHP side, then this is kinda the wrong list to ask that. Good luck to you, I don't mean to be harsh - honestly.
