I have not used SOAP with Flex as yet but have built a number of SOAP servers and clients as well as WSDL's.
Your error message is: Unable to load WSDL. If currently online, please verify the URI and/or format of the WSDL (null) Are you sure you have the location of the WSDL correct? If I try to look at the WSDL at https://eipref1.kingmedia.de/ws/getDataElements?wsdl I get a server not found error.
