OK - whilst I appreciate that developing with Beta software is a bit 'Do it at your own risk' this is a serious pain in the arse. I haven't been able to work out any other way of fixing this then uninstalling beta 2 and then installing beta 3. This means that I've now got to reinstall my CF Extentions (not a biggie really) and also reinstall CFEclipse (Which was dropped for some strange reason and is a pain).
Now I've got full serial numbers for Flex Builder 2.
