I don't think you can do it with a canvas Sherif, no, a canvas is just a container - I think that's why Eric mentioned it, and so it is perfectly acceptable to be a child of a ViewStack and show XML results (the results being shown on some other component placed on the Canvas like a TextArea or List or whatever). You don't NEED DataGrid, though you can use it if it makes sense. It all depends on what the data is, how you want it displayed, and what you want to do with it afterwards. Eric, at rough glance, put a TextArea on each Canvas in the ViewStack with an ID, and use Actionscript to push the respective data set from the XML. There is a lot of data in the help docs on sorting XML data.
