[flexcoders] transition problem in flex2

Ok I've been trying so long to do this transition, I have one state  
named Who, when I have the transition as this:

<mx:transitions>
        <mx:Transition id="myTransition" fromState="*" toState="who">
        <mx:Parallel target="who">
                
        
        <mx:Move duration="200" />
        </mx:Parallel>
        </mx:Transition>
</mx:transitions> 

the button doesn't work to change to the state "who", the others  
states appears and change correctly but the one with the transitions  
no...
why is that?

any possible explanation?
