I would like to dynamically create a advanced Datagrid .I saw the example
from Tracy Spratt for datagrid,

using this i was able to create the advanced datagrid but i was not able to
create the grouped columns.I want to group the columns based on there datafield
name.All that starts with 'A' should be under the columgroup with header text
as 'A' and those with 'B' under 'B' and so on.
