What sort of cameras, systems and budget do you have? I would presume you would have to route the cameras through a computer (i.e. a server) to get the video to Flex either through Flash Media Server or any other means for that matter. This board is really meant for Flex specific questions and discussion, but if you give us a better idea of what you are trying to accomplish, someone may be able to help guide you in the right direction.
