Give Eclipse more memory: edit eclipse.ini and up the limits. Mine is currently

Our project is a combination of Flex and Java. The Java/J2EE perspective works just fine but when I am in Flex Development perspective trying to work on a AS or MXML file, Eclipse invariably crashes with out of memory message.
