Have you guys tried downloading the latest nightly build of the Flex 3 SDK from Labs?
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flex/sdk/flex3sdk.html I believe Flex Builder 3 beta 3 shouldn't expire for another month or so, but perhaps the SDK that you're using has expired.
