[flexcoders] Flex Component Kit Help!

I've been having a lot of trouble lately with the Flex Comp Kit.   I  
can't seem to get even the simplest thing to be seen in Flex.  I do  
see an UninitializedError in top level that I can't seem to find any  
information on anywhere... does this mean something?
