Advanced Data Grid went into the Adobe Charting Components (which was renamed "Data Visualization Components" or some such thing).
The Data Visualization 'stuff' is no longer available separately (as it was w/ Flex 2), instead just being an "Extra" offering to help entice you to buy the pro version.
