Alex is right. We didn't feel there were enought API changes to warrant a full Migration Guide. That said: * If you run into something, please post it as a comment on the Backwards Compatibility page and we'll add it to the page. * One aspect of migration is understanding new features. You might want to check out http://www.adobe.com/products/flex/features/flex_builder/ for an overview of new features, including a few videos.
