Hi Lee The zoom tool in our app is similar to the zoom tool in photoshop. You can click on the image to zoom incrementaly or you can marquee zoom. The image jumps to the new zoom level it does not animate. I can reproduce this problem in a very simple flex app. I can post the code if it is helpful.
