Have you tried Jalopy? Their site (and sales rep that I just emailed) says it doesn’t work with ActionScript.
This was one feature of FB3 that I was REEEEEALLY hoping would make it. The only thing I’ve found that even remotely works well is PolyStyle, but it’s not a real IDE integration (you have to set it up as an external tool).
