[flexcoders] Flex 3 and Flex 2 compatibility problem CurrencyFormatter

The type of precision property of CurrencyFormatter class was int in 
Flex2. Now, it is Object in Flex3. Do you know why it is changed? 

This has broken my code. I am sure it will break many others'.
