just use Html <mx:HTML/> or you can do something like this
<mx:Text textDecoration="underline" color="blue" useHandCursor="true"
buttonMode="true" mouseChildren="false" text="Link"/>
now you can add a rollOver rollOut and remove the TextDecoration, add a click
event and etc..
