The "Training from the Source" book has already been mentioned. Another
really good resource is

listening for a while and it's helped me know what is going on in the
Flex community and what some good resources are for learning Flex.

The best resources are the Flex Blogs.  That is where I have gained most
of my Flex knowledge.
