There is no native support for that in Flex 2 or 3 that I know of (but
I'm just a regular guy).
Do a google search for iFrame Flex and you'll get some resuts
imediately. 
The idea is to figure out (in flex) where you want to put it, then use
JavaScript via ExternalInterface to position a new iFrame over the
flex-app where you wanted it to go.
