[flexcoders] How to change window title font in flexmdi?

Hi,

Using the Vista effect in flexmdi per the below. How does one change
the font for the window title? 

effectsLib="{flexlib.mdi.effects.effectsLib.MDIVistaEffects}

PS: Flexmdi is very cool!
