Your Remot-config.xml file has no channels defined. You have a channel
reference (my-amf) but do not define my-amf. Relevent section from my
config file follows:
<channels>
<channel-definition id="my-amfphp"
class="mx.messaging.channels.AMFChannel">
<endpoint uri="http://path/to/your/remote/service"
class="flex.messaging.endpoints.AMFEndpoint"/>
</channel-definition>
</channels>
