Hi,
I am using flex Builder. whenever i try to run the application i am not
getting any error but the application is not launched and is not visible in the
taskbar. If i try to debug it'll try tht primary instance exist and i am not
able debug as well.

What happens when you try ?
How are you compiling ? Have you done a clean build (in the case of fcsh or
Builder) ?
