Are fonts embedded? Buttons in the main app do not get cut off?

So I have a Module that is loaded just using the mx:ModuleLoader tag. The module has a few buttons that are in a canvas that is in a VBox that is in a HBox... etc. If the loading app is run standalone, or projector and calls the fscommand to go full-screen (not the video full-screen feature), the labels on the buttons get cut off. It is the bottom half that gets cut. I tried making sure the font was embedded, but that did not change anything. Has anyone seen this behavior and/or know of a workaround?
