[flexcoders] Conditional compilation in Flex 2.0?

Is there a way to accomplish conditional compilation in Flex 2.0? I
know I can do this in Flex 3.0 using -define command line switch or
<define> tag in the config file. However, I did not find anything
similar for Flex 2.0. Can anyone help?
