I had a similar problem: Turns out our newly installed firewall decided to be helpful and get in the way. Have you guys updated your security settings recently?

Using Eclipse, current stable builds of everything. Profiler was working a couple months ago, haden't used it because of being changed to some other projects, trying to get back in, it launches IE with the Flex app but never asks me to connect in Eclipse.
