If you are developing a swf to be deployed on a web page using the flash player, you cannot use any AIR only classes.
If you want or need to use FileSystemList, you will have to create an AIR project and deploy it so that is uses the AIR framework. There is no way of getting the Flash Player to use AIR classes. Gk.
