[flexcoders] Apache 1.3.26 vs 2.0 with Flex 2.0 app

I have a flex application that runs fine on Apache 2.0 (with IE).  It 
just displays a blank page with Apache 1.3.26.  Has anyone experienced 
this problem?  Is it a known issue?
