Very strange. There was a similar thread a couple days ago and we did not find a solution, as far as I know.
Did you create the new project by don't New Project and then copying in the files, or did you import the other project? (the first, I know, but maybe try the second?) Maybe try removing the application from the project's application list and then re-adding it?
