This would be fantastic. but support is likely to materialize on a device/platform basis considering the diversity in that market. There are some immediate alternatives though:
*. Skyfire supports flash in their browser - I'm participating in the Alpha/Beta and have been putting it through a series of tests. Flash is there but Flex is a way off. They drop a considerable number of frames per second to keep Flash performing. Still cool though. *. Opera Mobile is said to support Flash - unconfirmed and I haven't seen any demos but it looks like they are getting ready to drop the bomb. >From a positioning point of view, it would make a great deal of sense for Adobe not to waste any time in the mobile device market. Why? Because Linux provides a clear path to the embedded and handheld market. and they are already there. The only exception might be the Touch/iPhone. I won't even go there for sake of all the rumors. you are welcome to google for more. If you haven't seen the Chumby yet - http://www.chumby.com/ - it's worth a look. Thanks.
