Capture allows the parent to see an event before the child gets it and potentially block it.
Bubble allows the parent to see an event after the child has got it and decided whether to allow the parents to see it. Sometimes your parents read your mail and never let you see it, sometime you want to get the mail first and not let them see what you got. BTW, we didn't invent this.
