That resolved that issue, and created another, similar issue :-)

I'm using some popUp titleWindows. I import them into the component 
like this:

import myComponents.popUp1;

And then I launch the PopUp like this:

var popWindow1:popUp1;

The Library Project generates the following error:

could not find source for class 
myLibrarySource.myComponents.popUp1.myProject_Library
